I have worked with Computers Nationwide (CN), previously Kiernan Consulting, for over 25 years. I find the company and employees to be extremely honest and fair. In my experience, in every interaction they have considered my best interests. CN is a reliable company with very knowledgeable and experienced employees. These are few of the reasons why I plan on continuing to be a satisfied customer of CN for the foreseeable future.

We had no clue where to even begin as we explored many safety and security issues for our building. (CN) came to our rescue answering questions, giving us options and patiently walking us through everything we needed. Right down to the training and installation (CN) was the perfect solution for us. I would highly recommend them. Peace of mind that the job was done right!

Computers Nationwide helped up with a few safety grant projects over the past year, and have been extremely attentive and helpful. Even when things went south with one of their vendors, they helped us continue on and find the right company for our needs. I am happy to be working with them again on a new round of projects. I have worked with numerous talented people throughout the years. We have had, and continue to have, a great team of dedicated professionals.CN has developed a reputation for providing great service to our clients. Our support staff genuinely care about our clients and their staff. I continually hear positive feedback from our clients with regards to how nice it is to work with our support team.Our business has changed over the years and admittedly we are not a fit for everyone. Dave & Jon at Computers Nationwide have been super helpful from start to finish. I am the owner of Mainstream Boutique in New Lenox and during our build out, Dave always came to us.. We never had to go to his office. First initially to meet us and go over plan options and then he would come periodically to check on progress. Both Dave & Jon stayed in great communication during the install and then showed us how to operate everything after the install was complete. Dave even came onsite one time to help with the POS/software install for Mainstream (which had nothing to do with the work they were providing us). We now have security, phone, & internet all through Computers Nationwide. I highly recommend this company as they do great work and they genuinely care about you and your company.

I have struggled through a computer issue for 7 months before bringing in Computers Nationwide. They quickly identified 3 things to do immediately to help solve the issue. Within two weeks of upgrades and changing out some components the system was stabilized. I would recommend them and wish I had called them sooner.

We have used Computers Nationwide for security cameras and a door lock system. Mike, our sales guy is always helpful and goes out of his way to make sure things get done. The installs have been quick and they have been helpful with the few problems we had.

I have worked with Steve Cepican from Computers Nationwide for over 10 years. I have a large real estate portfolio with tenants who constantly have data/cabling/IT/security needs and Steve never disappoints. They are very responsive, always competitive with pricing, and I have never had a tenant complain about their work. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
