Globe has worked with Computers Nationwide for a few years and we have been very impressed with the level of service provided. During 2010, our office relocated to 520 Lake Cook Road, which is our current office location. We contracted with Computers Nationwide to perform our low voltage wiring and we also purchased our new phone system through them. The communication and follow through of the entire team that we interacted with was superb. They covered all the bases and would guide us through with their expertise and professionalism as we transitioned over the phone lines to our new location and they coordinated the setup of the new phone system. There were some minor glitches with the phone company, but the team handled it beautifully and got everything up and running when we needed it.
We currently call upon Computers Nationwide for various I.T. needs that require troubleshooting and onsite assistance (our I.T. person is located in our corporate office in Arizona). We appreciate the knowledge and dedication that the team brings to the table helping us address our various computer and phone needs.
